999y Terms & Conditions – Rules of Use for Pakistani Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 999y platform ("Platform," "we," "us," "999y"), you ("User," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. 5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 999y are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, game, or event. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that bet type.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement, subject to system confirmation;
• 999y reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by technical errors, data feed errors, or manifest odds errors;
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at the discretion of 999y and may be suspended or restricted at any time;
• Settlement of bets is based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body or, in its absence, at 999y's discretion;
• Winnings from voided bets will be returned to the account balance. No additional compensation is payable;
• 999y reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any bet at any time without explanation.

• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;

• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities;
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity;
• Providing false information during registration or verification;

999y cooperates with relevant authorities in the investigation of suspected fraud and illegal activity. Account information may be shared with law enforcement where legally required.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 999y Platform — including but not limited to the 999y brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the exclusive property of 999y or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 999y.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999y shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access due to your failure to maintain credential security;
• Interruptions to service caused by factors beyond 999y's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or actions of third-party service providers;
• Losses arising from betting decisions made by you on the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Where a limitation of liability is not enforceable under applicable law, 999y's liability shall be limited to the amount you deposited in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting 999y support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled and the resulting balance returned.
